below is a representation of the final shot using Quicktime pics . Altough that impressive establishing matte painting was settled in Softimage and Photoshop by Frederic Saint-Arnaud at Rodeo FX , I was asked to improve some parts of it . My task consisted in adding some cars and props on the road to reinforce the " life " feeling , the foreground clouds , subtle destructions in the far Los Angeles .
